After SGD20 worth of vouchers have been sent from the purchase of SGD400, the next SGD200 worth of purchase will be entitled to vouchers worth SGD10. This sums up to SGD30 worth of vouchers for every SGD600 worth of books purchased.
The next SGD400 worth of purchase will give an entitlement to SGD20 worth of vouchers.
